  As titled, will   Xhorse VVDI BIMTool Pro   change VIN number in CAS3 module? Here is the clue. VVDI BIM Tool cannot change VIN via OBDII. Supports write ISN via OBDII, does not support write VIN via OBDII. But BIMTool supports change VIN in CAS3 via eeprom dump. NOTE: Xhorse vvdi2 does not  change VIN number on CAS3.
