Xhorse VVDI BIM Tool Pro

  Customer lost all of the keys, so today I’m about to make a brand new set for 2006 BMW 530xi CAS2 with   Xhorse VVDI BIMTool Pro   by OBD. Having cut 2 keys via   Key Cutting Machine , let’s continue to program keys. Connect VVDI BIM TOOL to OBD via cable. Open BMW TOOL software, CAS Key Learn >> Connect >> Get Key Info >> Add key As I don’t have the working key in ignition, click “OK”. Save key info data file. Put first one key into  VVDI BMW TOOL  slot. Prepare dealer key with programmer >> Choose key position to be programmed: Key5 >> Prepare dealer key with programmer Is the new key have keyless? No   Key make okay and locked. Please use it start the car. If can not start engine, use “Add Key” function add the dealer key to CAS system. If key can start engine, but keyless not working, please use “Repair Keyless Key” function.   Go on to program next key. Choose key6, repeat operation as first key. Key make okay....

  Here one of vvdishop.com’s customers tested BMW FEM/BDC module backup coding using the   Xhorse VVDI BIMTool pro   and   Godiag FEM/BDC test platform .   You can do key programming, mileage correction, coding and many more no fuse if use this test platform. It works very well people did a lot of FEM on it and there was never a problem. Take out the FEM/BDC module and connect the godiag platform on bench.   Connect godiag fem platform with BDC module, the other end connect with VVDI BIM Tool using DB25 adapter that comes with the platform. Turn on ignition emulator on the platform, the immo indicator turns to red which means communication is well built. Go to BMW FEM/BDC key learn function Get key information and start backup coding.   Problem: I failed to update the  xhorse vvdi bimtool pro firmware  to v1.8.4 via upgrade kit. It failed to proceed and reported error code 400: update failed. Any clues? Solution: Change stable network connection or another laptop If still failed, you may need to send back hardware for repair (VVDI BIMTool unit only).

  Xhorse VVDI BIMTool Pro   can do CAS3 coding comfort access to raise the windows with fob’s lock button. Generally, it’s disabled by default.   Xhorse VVDI2   has been long been tested with no issue with the   xhorse CAS plug   adapter (check   previous post ). Now the   Xhorse VVDIM BIMTool Pro   has confirmed working too. After the recent software and firmware updates you can now connect directly to a cas2 cas3 cas3+ cas3++ cas3+ istap directly without the need for the junction box. This allows you to read isn on bench, add key, downgrade istap and a few other functions. Make sure you are on current software and CAS plug from xhorse.   Question: Can  Xhorse VVDI BIMTool Pro  Read /write BMW FRM (Footwell module) EEPROM and repair flash?     Answer: No.  VVDI BIM Tool won’t repair FRM module.
